Models Own

It feels like I’ve been waiting for this for years, and I have. Models Own has FINALLY come to Australia. The brand started in 2008 and has primarily focused on nail polish, but they also have a fierce collection of makeup. My top picks are the Sculpt & Glow range of contouring, highlighting and illuminating makeup.

The world went crazy for peachy, warm tones this year and the trend isn’t going to back off for some time. If you are loving these hues you’ll probably want to add the new Peach eyeshadow palette from BYS to your collection. 12 peach-inspired shades are packed into a sturdy tin along with double-ended sponge and brush applicators. It’s a highly affordable alternative to your top-shelf peach palettes so that also makes it perfect to test out the trend if you aren’t sure whether you love it yet.

Nude by Nature

If you’ve been into Priceline in recent months you’ll have probably found it difficult to walk past the incredibly beautiful Nude By Nature display of rose gold packaged makeup. This month they add two more complexion perfectors to their range, Flawless Liquid Foundation and Flawless Concealer. The liquid foundation has been my top pick, which contains natural pigments to ensure medium, buildable coverage, a satin matte finish and long wear. It is both oil and fragrance free, and available in 10 shades!

Génifique has been a top selling serum for years, but now Lancôme have done something a little different by releasing the Advanced Génifique Sensitive serum. Sensitive skin has the same aging effects as any other skin type, and that’s why Lancôme created this dual concentrate that soothes the skin, stimulates its youthful properties and strengthens it when sensitivity occurs. The fresh-activated formula contains antioxidants that are 98% pure which release when the bottle is opened for heightened efficacy. It is enhanced with soothing probiotic fractions, combined with a blue ampoule infused with antioxidant active ingredients.
