GIRLS HBO DVD Cover

Do you watch (or have you watched) the HBO hit series, GIRLS? I admit that I haven’t yet but I swear it is on my list to-do …. along with Lost, Breaking Bad and Dexter. Am I a little behind? Moving on, GIRLS is the focus of this post because that show seems to be taking over more than just TV screens, they are targeting our nails well. Two particular collections have grabbed my interest this week and I am tossing up whether to order them or not. You will have to help me decide.

Deborah Lippmann

The Deborah Lippmann GIRLS collection includes four nail lacquers each inspired by their namesake. The limited edition lacquers are sold as a set of 4 but all the shades are wearable and fun, even if you know nothing about the characters. Shades include HANNAH Hapless Hunter Green, MARNIE Prim And Proper Pink, SHOSHANNA Virtuous Vivid Violet, JESSA Bohemian Burgundy.

USA $45 from Nordstrom, Zappos, Beauty.com, CUSP and Bloomingdale’s
