Vitamin B2

Riboflavin – one of eight water soluble B vitamins known as B-complex vitamins. Like all B vitamins it is involved in energy production, converting carbohydrates into sugar, and plays an important role in maintaining healthy skin, hair and nails. Riboflavin also has antioxidant properties. Deficiency can cause burning and itching around the eyes, sensitivity to light, sore, cracked lips, swollen tongue.
