Vitamin E

A group of eight fat soluble antioxidant vitamins: four tocotrienols and four tocopherols. A very important antioxidant, one of its main functions is to protect lipids from oxidative damage. Studies show that oral and topical application protects against UV radiation. It may also slow down cellular and tissue ageing, reduce scarring and promote wound healing. See Tocotrienols
