I won’t lie. To me, every month is Pink Ribbon month. Early on I started collecting the beautiful little jewels and pins that were released each October in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Why? Because I am a sucker for pink. Alas, this month we really are in Pink Ribbon territory and this year there are some beauty companies who have really out done themselves.

Today I want to share with you the Pink Ribbon products I am loving. These aren’t your regular re-packaged-in-pink moisturiser. These are some of the best pink ribbon releases I have ever seen, and that is saying something.

Great Lengths – Pale and Hot Pink Hair Extensions

Crazy hair colours are so hot right now but getting your hair pink is extremely difficult, especially if you are a brunette. This month Great Lengths, possibly the greatest hair extension company in the world, have released these limited edition pink strands. That means you don’t have to bleach the hell out of your own hair to add a dash of colour.

Official Description: Great Lengths Pale and Hot Pink Limited Edition Hair Extensions are designed to recognise the loss of a woman’s hair during treatment. Great Lengths will donate the $10 from the sale of each extension (which includes both application and future removal) to the National Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation.

AU $10 per strand (that means 100% goes to NBCF!) from Great Lengths salons. Visit the Great Lengths website for more details.

Sephora Collection – Pop Up Brush

Definitely one essential I always have in my handbag is a pop up hair brush. They are small and easy to fit into an already overstuffed bag, and there is not one day that I go without using it. It shocks me how messy my hair was until I started carrying one of these. Unfortunately, all mine are boring so this pink bejewelled one from Sephora is a refreshing change. It is so affordable and it helps the fight against Breast Cancer.

Official Description:
It’s a hairbrush for your purse—and a good cause. The perfect travel companion, this chic little compact opens to reveal both a mirror and a pop-up brush inside. To pop out the brush, simply flip open the mirror and press your thumb against the bottom of the compact. To close, gently press on the bristle tips with the center of your palm. Sephora will donate US $1.00 from each product sold to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

US $10 from Sephora*

Jane Iredale – Roses & Lollipops

This has to be one of the most beautifully packaged lip balms I have ever seen. A little gold box, adorned with a Pink Swarovski crystal, opens to reveal to beautiful pink lip glosses. It is attached to an adorable heart shaped key ring and it closes securely so there is no risk of it opening while in your bag (or throwing your keys around like I do).

Official Description: Jane Iredale Roses & Lollipops is a limited-edition lip duo featuring two new universally flattering shades housed in a petite portable keychain locket. The pigment-rich creamy lipstick hydrates and soothes the lips with jojoba and grape seed extract while the gloss features green tea leaf extract. Jane Iredale will donate $1 from each duo sold to the Breast Cancer Association.

AU $40 rrp from selected professional salons and clinics. Phone 1300 850 008.

US $30 from Drugstore.com, Beauty Bridge * (international shipping available) and Nordstrom.

Clinique – Mini Long Last Gloss Wear SPF 15

Have I ever told you that you can never have too many lip glosses? True story. And while on the topic of adorable lip glosses you can attach to your keys or handbag, check out this cutie from Clinique. It contains 3 of their famous Long Last Gloss Wear lip glosses and a Pink Ribbon charm. It is an affordable, fun and useful object that will remind you of your generous contribution.

Official Description: Clinique’s Mini Long Last Gloss Wear SPF 15 includes three cute glosses on a Clinique key chain with breast cancer motif. Clinique will donate AU $5 per product to the National Breast Cancer Awareness foundation.

ghd – Pink Orchid Limited Edition

We all love a ghd styler, but let’s be serious for a moment, if you are going to buy one, surely you want to buy one with pink plates? This limited edition set from ghd has me lusting so badly that I am trying to forget I even have a perfectly good ghd already.

Official Description: ghd’s Pink Orchid Limited Edition set includes the classic ghd Gold Series styler with a vibrant shade of hot orchid pink styling plates and a beautiful pink and black lace bag to match. The pack also includes a step-by-step hair guide and two ghd sectioning clips. Ghd will donate AU $20 of every styler sold to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Tweezerman – Precision in Pink Tweezers

It is no secret I love collecting tweezers, especially ones by Tweezerman, but I have been unable to get this particular pair out of my head for a few days now. They are pretty, pink and … well …. tweezery!

Official Description: This year Dateline and Tweezerman will donate AU $1 from the sale of each Tweezerman Precision in Pink Tweezer to the Breast Cancer Institute of Australia. The limited edition precise slant tweezer features a candy pink background, adorned with the iconic Breast Cancer Awareness Pink Ribbon logo.

AU $49.95 rrp from i-glamour.com
