Posts in Breast Augmentation

Now that 2011 is over we can take a look back and reflect on some of the past trends. No trend interests me more that plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancement. Despite the fact I don’t believe these procedures should be ‘trend based’, it is hard to ignore that certain trends do appear, especially when there are new breakthroughs of advancements.

I spoke with Dr Scott Ingram, Australian plastic surgeon and Vice President of the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) about what we saw in 2011 and what we can expect in 2012. Continue Reading

It is no secret I am completely infatuated with plastic surgery. The thought of going under the knife to better my appearance isn’t something that scares me. If I had the money, I would have turned myself into a Barbie replica by now. But, putting aside my own narcissistic tendencies, plastic surgery is not something to be taken lightly.

When I began my journey to getting a nose job (which was the founding basis for this blog, and you can read the first ever post here) I spent hours every day for months researching. I looked into doctors, procedure types, anaesthesiologists, hospital options, and of course, personal experiences. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything on the last point. No one seemed to have documented their journey through a plastic surgery procedure. My attempts at blogging about the surgery weren’t exactly top-notch (Example A) but at the time I felt by doing it maybe someone out there in the big wide world who was thinking about getting a nose job would find it helpful.

In-Home Massage Soothe App Review

Have you had a professional massage in your own home? It was a concept I thought was reserved for rich housewives and high-flying executives. To my surprise, however, massage is no longer a luxury as it’s becoming an essential part of self-care. Hunching over computers and mobile devices, less daily movement and exercise …. our bodies are suffering. Massage is one of the easiest ways to reduce pain and stress from mounting up in our body, but with busier lives comes less time for self care.

I’ve always dreamt of having a massage therapist come to me, and I’ve looked into it many times over the last few years. I tried to find a reliable and certified massage therapist who offered in-home massage and didn’t charge a crazy price but that always seemed to be just out of reach. Then, I heard that Soothe had launched in Australia. An app that turns massage into an on-demand service. Will my Soothe app review reveal an answer to my prayers? Read on to find out!
