Sneakers. They’re a pretty basic, essential footwear item, right? Not for me they weren’t. In the past I’ve been notoriously allergic to exercise and one great way to get out of it was to not own any appropriate footwear. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had a pair of runners in my cupboard on and off since my school years but they rarely saw sunlight. That all changed late last year when I underwent a forefoot reconstruction. As a result it has forced me into wearing sneakers regularly. One of the most popular posts on The Plastic Diaries is a post from 2012 about the online beauty stores you need to know. It was a somewhat slow month for new launches, with only 28 new products gracing my desk, but nearly all of them grabbed my attention and many of them will be fronting some big advertising campaigns over the coming months. I’m sure this won’t be the first nor last you see of them Continue Reading

I picked up one of her maintenance kits to take home with me and in that kit was the original Brow Powder Duo in Medium Brown. It was like a little pot of gold that I never wanted to part with, so I used it sparingly because I knew getting it in Australia was just about impossible. The good news is that things have changed since then and now Anastasia Beverly Hills has exploded all over the world. With this in mind I decided to splash out and buy another of her Brow Powder Duo’s but this time in a slightly darker shade, Dark Brown.
The packaging has changed a lot since the original came out but now that I have ample brow powder to throw around I am going to review it for you. Continue Reading
