Did you know Prunes have more antioxidants than any other fruit or vegetable? No really, I didn’t believe it either. Even Pomegranates. I always thought Prunes were just good for your digestive system. The thing is, science isn’t exactly my forte. I know antioxidants are something we should look for in our food, and even our skincare, but why?
You know me, healthy insides isn’t something on the top of my “care about” list. Yes, yes, many of you have told me off about that, but the fact of the matter is, I care about my outsides a
little lot more. Eating things and doing things just so I am healthy on the inside is not good enough for me. So, should I care about antioxidants if I am only interested in my looks? Supposably, I should.
