Everyone thinks their own hair is the worst, but in my opinion you don’t know suffering until you have thin, fine hair. My wispy hair sticks to my head, makes me look bald if I tie it back too tight and gets oily within 24 hours of washing it. On the plus side, it does dry quickly and heat styling only takes a few minutes … but with that comes some concerning bad points. Fine hair is fragile and gets damaged quite easily. To all the fine haired girls out there, I know your pain.

- It is important to still condition hair even though it is fine because conditioner can add nourishment without adding weight. Try O&M’s Fine Intellect which conditions the hair but is weightless as it uses camomile.
