Stomach Bloating Woman

Prior to becoming vegan I had a long-term relationship with bloating. I would bloat as soon as I ate or drank something and the pain would last for hours, usually easing just in time for my next meal. Due to a major diet and lifestyle change I no longer have those issues but I know many people who do. In-Home Massage Soothe App Review

Have you had a professional massage in your own home? It was a concept I thought was reserved for rich housewives and high-flying executives. To my surprise, however, massage is no longer a luxury as it’s becoming an essential part of self-care. Hunching over computers and mobile devices, less daily movement and exercise …. our bodies are suffering. Massage is one of the easiest ways to reduce pain and stress from mounting up in our body, but with busier lives comes less time for self care.

I’ve always dreamt of having a massage therapist come to me, and I’ve looked into it many times over the last few years. I tried to find a reliable and certified massage therapist who offered in-home massage and didn’t charge a crazy price but that always seemed to be just out of reach. Then, I heard that Soothe had launched in Australia. An app that turns massage into an on-demand service. Will my Soothe app review reveal an answer to my prayers? Read on to find out!
